Modern Footprint

Every home leaves a timestamp when it’s built. In Fruita, there are homes from every era dotting the streets, and this one is no different. Standing out in its contemporary style, this custom home employs clean lines, cool tones, and minimalist furnishes to leave its mark in a unique desert town. This work was completed during my time as an Associate Designer at RG Cowan Design Build.
